R-Type Delta Stage 5 Mid Stage Checkpoint w/R9

This is on Normal, starting from the middle of the stage where the debris storm happens. I find this to be fair, but immensely difficult. I've managed to get through this level dying only once, and that was with some stellar flying. On this play, I get through the storm to the bosses and finish the level. *You know, predictably I finished this level from start to finish without dying on November 23rd, 2008 at 10:35am with the R9. And I wasn't recording. Oh well, there's always next time.* **and now that I'm more experienced with the game, I can't believe I thought this level was so hard. I have finished the game without dying as of 12/4/2008. Areas of Note: -0:00 - 1:00 is a wrecked version of stage 6 from R-Type 1987. -did I cut it close enough at 0:44? -at 1:15 is the turret ring from R-Type. It fires many bullets and it is almost suicide to get inside, so I throw the Force inside to kill it. Alternatively, if you have no Force, you can wait till it corners you to the right, and slide left along the bottom safely. -Gomander from R-Type appears at 1:50 with its Outslay snakes. The Outslay are the real threat; Gomander itself floats in and out of the background. -at 2:40 marks the appearance of the battleship from R-Type. Although wrecked, it is still a deadly threat. I should've been more aggressive, because the boss timed out on me. *Ratings disabled for personal reasons.
